Access to the Crosby Connector Trail and Drag Line is directly across the street from Mabel’s Place, making it easy to leave the vehicle parked and begin exploring the Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Trail system by bike.

When the day’s ride is over, your bikes don’t have to spend the night outside or crowded into the house. Guests have access to a secure two-car garage with dedicated bike storage, a bike mount and tools for repairs.

The garage isn’t only for the bikes. There’s also a vintage arcade machine loaded with more than 400 games, darts and outdoor games for a little friendly competition between Cuyuna adventures.

Want to trade red dirt for clear blue water? Portsmouth Mine Lake is approximately a 10-minute walk from the property.

Mabel’s Place accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms, four beds and one bathroom. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third has two single beds.

Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and a comfortable living area stocked with books, games and entertainment. There’s also a washer and dryer—an especially welcome amenity after a day spent riding, hiking or exploring Cuyuna.

Coffee drinkers are covered, too. Mabel’s Place provides locally roasted coffee with drip, French press and Keurig brewing options.

Traveling with little adventurers? A Pack ’n Play, gate and child-safety supplies are available. Dogs are also welcome with prior approval.
