Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping and handling. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping.

    As a small business located right here in Cuyuna, MN our goal is to serve our online and retail customers to the best of our ability within our control. Below are the provisions we have in place to ensure we serve our customers to the best of our ability.

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

    You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card's issuer policies.
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you prefer to return your item in person, here in Cuyuna, MN, this is also an option. Please contact us to arrange an exchange date/time and local location.
    Exchanges are available based on available inventory, but cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to exchange the item you purchased for a different size that is in stock, we will ship you the new size at no additional cost once we receive the unused item back.
